eService for the City of Kwinana is part of the Council's commitment to innovation and accessibility, giving residents quick, easy access to its services. eService offers a growing list of services via the Internet, with more to come.
Currently, residents can:
- Pay rates
- Pay animal registration fees
- Pay infringements
- Pay your tax invoice or statement
- Lodge a Planning or Building Application
When your rates notice, fine, dog or cat registration notice arrives, select Make a Payment option from the menu on the left of the screen and you'll be able to do all your council business without even leaving home.
In the future, dealing with Council will be even easier. From your own home, you will be able to settle all your accounts and obtain all the information you need.
Builders and Planners should request a login to access Applications to ensure the application is linked to the appropriate account.
