If this is an amended application it cannot be submitted through the portal and is required to be emailed to building@kwinana.wa.gov.au

Lodge Building Application

Building Application - As a general rule most building work, and certain changes of use require approval. To request a Consultation prior to lodging your application please contact Building Services - building@kwinana.wa.gov.au

Building Work includes but not limited to the removal of internal walls, the installation of fittings, the replacement of windows and doors containing glazing, constructing rooms in roof spaces and the construction of garages and extensions.

Lodge Planning Application

Planning Application - If your application is for development with an estimated value of $10 million or more, it is mandatory for your application to be determined by the Metro South-West Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP). JDAP applications will not commence a formal assessment process until a pre-lodgement meeting has been held and the application is verified by a Senior Statutory Planning Officer or Coordinator Statutory Planning to be a complete application.
